You can add into your Registry's file:
add this line:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W3SVC\Parameters\Script
Map
then add the new string:
fill the value with: .phtml
fill the data with : c:\your_php_directory\php.exe %s %s
