I'm not sure how familiar you are with SQL, but I suspect that your
problem can be adressed with an sql statement. Can you maybe elaborate on
what your desired end result is after you have these references and as to
how they're organized in the database?

And the other half of that...
The end result is a triplet of arrays, that contain references..
$Name_Array [1,17,91,101]
$Address_Array [16,17,91,110,171]
$CSZ_Array {3,16,17,91......(Could be long)]
I'm also looking for an elegant way to find the common element(s),
In this case, 17 and 91 would be indicated.
