Make sure that the environment of the webserver contains the following :
INFORMIXDIR=x:\path\to\informix
PATH=%PATH%;%INFORMIXDIR%\bin
INFORMIXSERVER=default_server
On Windows NT don't forget to run setnet32 as informix or administrator and
then to run the Informix "regcopy" utility.
