Take a look at http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.mail.php#AEN39855
for
ways of doing complex mails.. You can indeed do CC's and BCC's you just add
them in the header area. Study the example, it works beautifully and will
do everything you stated.
Plus there are classes out there that will allow you to do everything you
could possibly ever want to do with email.. So take a look on google if you
want to get into multi part messages, attachments, html, etc etc.
