I think you'll find that's the IIS CGI timeout, not PHPs. You can find that setting in the site properties, Home Directory tab, click on the Configuration button, then go to the Process Options tab. At the bottom of that tab you should have a CGI script timeout value. Try increasing that. -- Stuart
