You can do the following, if you are using GET:
1) When the user clocks to submit the popup form, this does a GET
to a page on your site.
2) You issue the GET to the other site (using fopen,
http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.fopen.php).
3) Read the results & do what you want them before displaying to
the user.
If you need to do a POST, you can do the same thing, but you'll
need to use the CURL functions
(http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.curl.php), if your PHP server
has them.
