This is because the message is encoded using the 'Quoted-Printable' method -
chars above ASCII 127 arn't supported within email transport, so chars such
as £ have to be encoded - A3 is hex for 163 which is the ASCII code for £ -
the '=' tells us that the following chars are encoded. (= itself is encoded
to 3D btw)

Same thing as above =3D is ASCII for '='. 20 is ASCII for newline.
