Another thing to consider is many PHPxxxxxx Projects were started
before PHP4, where PHP3 was also available under the GPL
which has no such restriction.
Rather unfortunate if this prevents new projects from having
names like that... I for one think it is one of the past ways to
increase the awareness of PHP, you need only look at freshmeat and
see all of the projects powered by this cool PHP thing.
