RE: [PHP] File upload in windows XP

My best advice would be to start off with something very simple. Build a small php file to test with - include a form with only an entry for the file to upload and then work on the processing. Start easy by just seeing if you can echo back the name of the file selected. Then work up to actually uploading the file and, finally, doing any other complex stuff that you want to do. Don't worry too much about html layout/formatting while you're figuring out the php and code logic - it will only get in the way.
