Make sure in your php.ini file, the sendmail_path line actually includes
the -t parameter. I know the comment says it defaults to that, but I don't
believe it anymore. My mail was kinda messed up for a short and just on a
whim I added the -t to the actual path, and surrounded it in quotes and it
started to finally work for me.
