Canadian PHP Freelancer Rates

Hi, I was hoping that folks from the Canadian PHP community could offer me some direction with deterring going rates for freelance PHP developers. All of the material that I have found during my research points to US rates which average at around $92 US an hour (see the American Institute of Graphic Arts white paper "Aquent Survey of Design Salaries 2002" at http://www.aquent.com/whitepapers/). From your experience, would the Canadian equivalent show true? What are going Canadian rates for entry level developers to the more experienced? Thanks for your time.
