Forgive me, perhaps I'm missing something, this is what I have:

header('Content-Type: image/gif');
$theFile = "";
$fcontents = file ('Logo.gif');
while (list ($line_num, $line) = each ($fcontents)) {
$theFile .= $line."\n";
}
echo $theFile;
?>
It still gives me the red box when I call it from an <img src="image.php">
