Hi,
I've got a RedHat boxe (6.2) with Apache/1.3.12 (Unix) and PHP 4.0 final installed.
On this box, a page with phpinfo() will only return data if the page is located at Apache's document root. If I move the page into any deeper directory I get a parse error on the line where phpinfo() is located.
Is this standard behavior? The rest of my server seems to be working very welll. (For example, I've got phpMyAdmin in place and it works great.) (BTW: turning on all of php's error trapping doesn't help, this error doesn't seem to get logged.)
Thanks
