First, dude, turn line wrapping on for your outgoing email.
Second, what have you tried thus far, or are you expecting us to do your work
for you?
Third, if you are, here are some leads for you at least...
Pages should run a query on the ID before presenting any text to the
browser. If the ID matches, continue with the page. If there's no match,
use header("Location: login.htm") to send them to the login page.
