php3_ftp.dll compile error

Hi,
At first, when I try to compile php3_ftp.dll (come from php3.0.16), it
return 16 errors, for example:
c:\php-3.0.16\win32\include\portability.h(386) : error C2371: 'malloc' :
redefinition; different basic types
c:\program files\microsoft visual studio\vc98\include\malloc.h(107)
: see declaration of 'malloc'
This is because 'portability.h' have this line:
385: # if !defined(DMALLOC) && !defined(NeXT) && !defined(WINNT)
386: extern char *malloc(), *realloc(), *calloc();
387: extern void free();
388: # endif
Then I comment these lines and retry, then it return this:
LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file "nsftp32v30.lib"
Does anybody knows where can I found "nsftp32v30.lib"?
