Somehone having a problem to write to the list

To the *list* *maintainers*: this guy says he is registered but cannot write to the list. So he wrote me in instead. Здраво! (it's like that, right?) Djurovski Dejan wrote:

you might want to take the @ sign off the connection step to get the error message. Looks like you did not connect at all but got no warning because you told your function to keep shut. At that point you cannot query anything, but you cannot know about it.
