Hi,
At the moment I'm working on a project for the ThinkQuest Internet Challenge
(www.thinkquest.org) where I've created a little framework/template system a
là php.net in PHP. This is also working rather good. Though I have this
little problem with the transparent session. If the user haven't got cookies
enabled, it adds the session id to all URL's. It means that is adds the
session id all href="" attributes. This is also OK, though it also adds it,
if it's JavaScript in the attribute like
href="javascript:document.form.submit();?PHPSESSID=sw9a7cr6wrcw0r7h6w079".
I've made a work around for this by using the onMouseUp="" attribute. Then
another little problem, is that when I for instance want to do following <a
href="log<?echo ($state == "on")?
"on":"off";?>.php"> it adds the session id
just before it enters PHP mode which causes it to write <a
href="log?PHPSESSID=akfr420956h4376fv3405f304957f6on.php">. Though if I just
let PHP write the hole tag there is no problem, like <?echo ($state ==
"on")? "<a href=\"logon.php\">":"<a
href=\"logoff.php\">";?>. Furthermore
I've also experienced that it wont add session ids to the <a> tags when its
between a DIV tag.
It's quite irritating, and have cause me a lot of work and waste of time. So
my question is, if there is anyway I can disable transparent session either
by configuration or in PHP, when it's not possible to recompile PHP because
other on the server is using the transparent sessions?
