IIS Bugs???

OK This is a followon from my Browser thread... on php-general@lists.php.net;
php-windows@lists.php.net
I have switched the application to run from Apache, and the Browsers that were having trouble now
seem (I think - will be doing more testing later) to have dissapeared.
So, is there a problem with IIS or PHP or IIS with PHP?
