Help! php3_oci80.dll doesn't work

Help!!! I am trying to connect to an Oracle via windows NT4, I added the following line to my php3.ini file, "extension=php3_oci80.dll" I then restarted the server, Now when I try a simple connect to the database via OCILogon() the browser just sits there waiting for a reply. I then I used the phpinfo() function for view the configuration information and when I get to the row describing OCI8, the descriptive/Additional Information column is blank. What am I missing? Was I supposed to add anything else to the php3.ini file? Please help. I am getting desperate :( thanks Kevin
