Hi,
I was trying to upload files in php and came across some problems. I am using
Apache on Linux.
My first file was:
-html-
-form action="t1.php" method="post"-
-input type="hidden" name="MAX_FILE_SIZE" value="100000"-
Send this file: -input name="ttt" type="file"-
-input type="submit" value="send"-
-/form-
-/html-
If I use enctype in the <form> attribute, no form variables are made available
in t1.php. t1.php is as follows:
<?
echo $MAX_FILE_SIZE;
echo "<br>";
$filename = $HTTP_POST_FILES['ttt']['tmp_name'];
echo $filename;
$realname = $HTTP_POST_FILES['ttt']['name'];
print "realname is $realname";
?>
$filename or $realname are not display. I set register_globals to on and my
variables_order string is also set to EGPCS. I'm sure I am making a very
basic/stupid mistake here, but could somebody help me out, please?
Thank you.
ramya
