Recursive php parsing

Is there a way for a php page to be parsed more than once before being
sent??
For instance, suppose I have a template html with php and some special words
in it.
I want to open the template, replace the special words with dynamic content
and then php-parse the result as a web page (not using eval)
now I am saving the webpage to a temporary directory and sending a Location
header.
