problems configuring php4.0.1pl2

hi, maybe someone can help me when i configure php4.0.1pl2 (downloaded yesterday), during configuration i get following output: >checking whether to include cpdflib support... no >... >checking for MySQL support... yes >configure: error: Cannot find header files under /usr/local/mysql/include i tried to configure with: --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql or --with-mysql or --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql/include or --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql/clients and --with-pdflib=/usr/local/software/pdflib-3.01 or --with-pdflib or --with-pdflib=/usr/lib/tcl8.0 ( here is /usr/lib/tcl8.0/pdflib/pdflib.so and so on..) or --with-pdflib=/usr/lib/tcl8.0/pdflib ( here is /usr/lib/tcl8.0/pdflib/pdflib.so and so on..) or --with-pdflib=/usr/lib ( here is /usr/lib/libpdf.so and so on..) or --with-pdflib=/usr/local/software/pdflib-3.01/pdflib and i always geht the output above... any idea what went wrong? note: mysql and pdflib are successfully compiled, and they are working.... note2: in version 4.0.0 i got mysql working with --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql, but in pl2 this wont work... greetings steven
