Yes. Well, as a CGI is pretty much from the command line, I think...
Basically, $argc tells how many arguments were on the command line, and
$argv is an array with the arguments in it.
Example
php -c /alternate/php.ini -f /path/to/some/file.php
$argc would be 5, I think (counting the 'php'?) and $argv would be:
array('php', '-c', '/alternate/php.ini', '-f',
'/path/to/some/file.php')
I'm not sure the 'php' is counted or not...
Anyway, if you turn them "Off" they ain't gonna be there.

I'm looking for a PRO QUALITY two-input sound card supported by Linux (any
major distro). Need to record live events (mixed already) to stereo
CD-quality. Soundcard Recommendations?
Software to handle the recording? Don't need fancy mixer stuff. Zero (0)
post-production time. Just raw PCM/WAV/AIFF 16+ bit, 44.1KHz, Stereo
audio-to-disk.
