compile problems with php 4.22 / 4.3

Hi, i have got a problem to install php 4 on a fresh installed turbo linux 7.0 server: ./configure --with-apache=/INSTALLS/apache_1.3.26 --with-xmlrpc when i try to install 4.2.2 i get an error when i compile apache (php does compile) when i try 4.3 stable i get the same error at during the php compilation: /INSTALLS/php4-200208060600/ext/standard/info.c:233: undefined reference to `iconv_globals' ext/xmlrpc/libxmlrpc/encodings.o: In function `convert': /INSTALLS/php4-200208060600/ext/xmlrpc/libxmlrpc/encodings.c:62: undefined reference to `libiconv_open' /INSTALLS/php4-200208060600/ext/xmlrpc/libxmlrpc/encodings.c:73: undefined reference to `libiconv' /INSTALLS/php4-200208060600/ext/xmlrpc/libxmlrpc/encodings.c:93: undefined reference to `libiconv_close' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status compiling apache gives the following error message (in case of php4.2.2): modules/php4/libphp4.a(encodings.o): In function `convert': /INSTALLS/php-4.2.2/ext/xmlrpc/libxmlrpc/encodings.c:53: undefined reference to `libiconv_open' /INSTALLS/php-4.2.2/ext/xmlrpc/libxmlrpc/encodings.c:64: undefined reference to `libiconv' /INSTALLS/php-4.2.2/ext/xmlrpc/libxmlrpc/encodings.c:84: undefined reference to `libiconv_close' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status I tried to install a new version of the libiconv but the errors remain.
