I'm assuming your form's action is going to a .php which will process
the variables it gets and display the next part of the form. In that
case, couldn't you use the $_GET[] or $_POST[] variables from the
previous page and fill them into hidden inputs to be passed on when the
next form is submitted, i.e. something like (isset($_POST["var"]))?
echo "<input type=\"hidden\" name=\"var1\"
value=\"$_POST['var']
\"><br>" ?
Just an untested and extremely unqualified idea. :)
