Cookies Problem

Hi,
Our setup is running PHP 3.0.16 with Apache 1.3.12. Our problem is that SetCookie() does not set the
cookie at all in IE5.X for cookies that we set the expiry date to all dates beginning from the year
1980. All cookies that we set the expiry date to the 1970's will be set. Netscape doesn't
have this problem. We don't have a machine with IE4 to test. We're starting to call this
cookie Saturday Night Cookie... Anybody got any idea what's causing this?
