Try a SQL statement like:
SELECT field1, field2, field3
FROM table1
WHERE field1 LIKE "%search string%" OR
field2 LIKE "%search string%" OR
field3 LIKE "%search string%"
If you need to find out how to get PHP to talk to MySQL, read the manual:
http://www.php.net/manual/.

Subject: [PHP] MySQL search
Hi everybody,
I'm having some troubles setting up a search script to search through 3
fields in a MySQL table. Can somebody help me out? I don't know how I
should even go about it. Thanks.
Regards,
