HomeSite with the PHP expression builder addon provides similar functionality. See: http://www.allaire.com/homesite/. You can get the PHP expression builder from: http://hshelp.com/downloads.html If you already use HomeSite (4.0 or greater), this is a possibly-useful add-on, although I don't use it myself. However, one tool that I find INDISPENSABLE for working on large projects is Script Explorer, available from http://www.wilk4.com/asp4hs/list1.htm. Although it was designed for JavaScript/VBScript, it works equally well for HomeSite (due to the similar JS/PHP syntax). Script Explorer pops up a list of all of the PHP/JS/VB/Perl functions in your currently open files, and then lets you insert them (complete with prototypes) directly in your code, or jump to them. It's a huge timesaver when working with large projects that have many functions. Of course JS is not completely an OO language, but to some degree... Are there any tools similar to VC++ or C++ builder for either JS or PHP? ~Peter -- PHP General Mailing List (http://www.php.net/) To unsubscribe, e-mail: php-general-unsubscribe@lists.php.net For additional commands, e-mail: php-general-help@lists.php.net To contact the list administrators, e-mail: php-list-admin@lists.php.net
