Just use single quotes inside, or none at all.
setcookie("info['name']", $name);

Subject: [PHP] Cookie Question
Hello everyone--
I'm trying to set some cookies in my page like this:
setcookie("info["name"]", $name);
The problem are the quotes. I know you can set the cookie like this:
setcookie("info[0]", $name);
but i really want to use the associative array if i can for easy use for
what i am doing.
Thanks in advance!
