If you want PHP code executed within a html file, you need to tell apache to
parse html files as php files like this:
AddType application/x-httpd-php .html
But that would mean that all .html went through PHP first. Bad idea. Whay
not just use the .php files? Furthermore if you use SSI, you also call your
files something like .shtml, unless you have made same trick as above

something like <!-- include virtual ="news.php3 -->
of course this doesn't work coz its used for perl, but is there an
equivalent command to execute php scripts from inside a html document?
