Hi
I want to know if it is possible to use PHP to encrypt one way. Such as
the way in which PGP has a public key which can only ever encrypt, and
then the private key which can also decrypt.
I want a set up where the PHP uses one way encryption to store strings
in a database and the only way they can be decrypted is to be downloaded
to my PC and decrypted using my private key.
If at all possible I would like this to be cross-platform. My web server
is Linux, but I want to be able to decrypt on both Windows and Linux.
Thanks in advance for your help and advice.
