Of course, you restarted Apache?
Also, try leaving this out ---> <IfDefine PHP4></IfDefine> and just write
LoadModule php4_module extramodules/libphp4.so
(Applies to AddModule as well...)
And make sure that the "extramodules" folder does exists!
