It sounds like you are using the Perl/HTML paradigm but there is not need.
eg:
-------file1.php start--------
<?php
$scpt_firstname = "Bob";
$scpt_surname = "Mold"
require("cheers.php");
?>
-------file1.php end--------
-------cheers.php start--------
<?php
echo "Thank you $scpt_firstname $scpt_surname <br>\n";
?>
-------cheers.php end--------
HTH,
David.

Subject: [PHP] Auto Load PHP
Hi,
I am wondering of the possibilities of being able to automaticly load a PHP
file and pass 2 variables to the php script once the HTML portion of the PHP
code is completed.
Example:
User received a PHP thank you page,once the page is loaded I would like to
run another PHP script and pass 2 variables.
Any ideas would be creatly appreciated.
Thanks
David.........
