If PHP is setup and working fine and simply not getting POST or GET vars, it can depend on the PHP version you have installed. but the $HTTP_POST_VARS and $HTTP_GET_VARS should work on any version of PHP4. If your still having trouble and using those arrays then im unsure as to what else could be wrong without seeing the code.
