several unconfortable behaviours

Hello, I have noticed strange things on my machine that runs windows 2000 + apache 1.3.9 + php 4.0.1pl2 + netscape 4.7 and/or MSIE5.0 : - this is the string result of a DB request under netscape : "DEVMAN", and under MSIE : "DEVMANP»", the normal string being the first one... - the 'POST' method often timeouts the 30s delay, whereas the 'GET' method is very quick (I wrote to the windows mailing list) - depending on the order of the variables in the output string, part of the end of the string is displayed or not. I also had a difference between the page source and the actual behaviour of the page when clicked. Examples upon request... Thanks for help and feedback, please.
