Korean with php and mysql

This may actually be broader than Korean, but I'm interested in inserting Korean text into mysql with php, and then extracting and printing it. The folks actually entering it have Korean browsers and editors, and have no problems making web pages with Korean in them, but when they put something into my form and insert, it gets garbled. What do I need to do to preserve what they enter into the form, and how do I display it? -- Topher Manager of Internet Services Cornerstone Communications
