Or you could place the output into a <pre> tag, then it will display \n as
new lines

Subject: [PHP] <BR> vs \n, new lines in db
Hi all,
A costumer comes to me with his filemaker pro database. After a lot of
work I transformed it into a mysql database. When displaying records in
the browser using HTML (of course) the "new lines" and the forming of
alineas are now neglected within a field of a certain record. This makes
sense because there are no <BR> or <P></P> tags.
Does anybody know if this problem can be solved and how I can retrieve the
alinea's again??
thx Wilbert
