Hi, I'm setting up a membership site using PHP/MySQL. This site requires the
capture of a member's credit card number so it can be billed the monthly
membership fee (no, it's not a porn site, but, the model is the same).
I don't really want to store credit card numbers for members in our database
because of the security risk of doing this. So, if anyone has experience
setting up this kind of site, can you share your methods on how you store
member CC numbers securely so they can be charged a fee on a monthly basis
and updated when necessary? The merchant account provider we are using is
Authorize.Net if that helps.
