Hi all,
I want to immplement a stemming algorithm for my project. So i installed the
stem-php which i got from here
http://www.tutorbuddy.com/software/versions.php/stem-php.
However the extension works in very low probability, what i means is that
the code
always not works, but would works in one or two times.
I write a code and run in broswer, it usually not works in the first try,
but if i keep pressing "reload", it would work for sometime.
So what is the problem?
