<select name="var[]">
<option value="1">1</option>
.
.
.
</select>
<select name="var[]">
<option value="a">a</option>
.

.
</select>
<select name="var[]">
<option value="1a">1a</option>
.
.
.
</select>
<input type="submit" name="submit" value="Submit">

foreach($_POST["var"] as $_key => $_value) {
echo "$_value<br>";
}
[result]
1<br>
a<br>
1a<br>
[/result]
