Your connection string is wrong. Instead of specifying ip you should specify
the path to your database file including the drive letter and the name of the
gdb file.
because you're using windows, the example uses uses backslashes.
e.g.
$db='full_path_to_song_gdb\song.gdb';
$user='root';
$pass='gurkan';
$co=ibase_connect($db,$user,$pass);
if the db is on a remote machine it is specified as the machine name, column
and path to the file on that machine.
$db='host_name:full_path_to_song_gdb\song.gdb';
