Make yourfile.c and put this in:
main(argc,argv)
int argc;
char **argv;
{
execv("/your/program/here", argv);
}
then cc -o yourfile yourfile.c
chown root.root yourfile
chmod 4755 yourfile
this will make it rwsr-xr-x
