Hi Tijmen,
You could save the Excel data into a comma- or tab-delimited text file,
then use the LOAD DATA INFILE command in MySQL to pull it into the
table. The MySQL side would look like:
mysql> LOAD DATA INFILE "csv-file-name.txt" INTO TABLE table-name
> FIELDS TERMINATED BY ','
> LINES TERMINATED BY '\n'
> ;
