I know that PHP just sets variables according to the FORM that then can be
accessed easily.
But what to do if I receive a POST request like the following:
- ---
POST HTTP/1.0
Content-Type: application/ocsp-request
Content-Length: 120

- ---
How do I access the separate parts of such a request?
