Path of referring page

Hi, Is it possible to find the path of a referring page in php? For example, say I have a php script at http://www.somewhere.com/file.html and it points to http://www.somewhere.com/scripts/something.php can the something.php script find that it was called from http://www.somewhere.com/file.html or /file.html, or even better ../file.html?
