Wrong. Go to the PHP site. Search for file upload. You get this page:
http://www.php.net/manual/en/features.file-upload.php
It supplies you with a sample form, and sample code to "do stuff" with the
file once you've uploaded it to the PHP script. Easy eh?
Once you've got that working THEN ask us questions about extending modifying
it.
