Hello,
I had the PHP_SELF-issue and several PHP-releases when running PHP as CGI. Which env-variables does PHP_SELF rely on? SCRIPT_FILENAME, PATH_INFO etc. is set. Or is this the PHP_SELF variable generally not set when running PHP as CGI? register_globals=on is functional, this is not the problem.
