Sure thing.
Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
- Click "Microsoft Frontpage"
- Click "Remove"
- Click "OK"
Now go and get a decent editor, read through a couple of basic HTML and PHP
tutorials, and start hand-coding. If you play with it over the weekend you
should be up to speed by Monday morning.
If you feel you absolutely must use a WYSIWYG, at least use a decent one
like Dreamweaver.
