I think you can just install the OpenLDAP RPM packages from RH, and
then use --with-ldap=/usr. If you compile OpenLDAP yourself, you
should the same path as you used when configuring OpenLDAP. I guess
by default this is /usr/local. If you configure OpenLDAP with say
--prefix=/usr/local/openldap, then use that when configuring PHP.
