Hello,
I'm developing a newsletter management system. My client will add recipients
to the system from a Macintosh, uploading a tab separated file that comes
out from their off-line database. My problem is that this file is Macintosh
encoded (ASCII speaking) and that the special characters are misunderstood
by php.
Is there any easy way to convert this file into Windows ASCII in php? (sth
similar to the old ASCII-Converter...)
